LeadBack is provided as lead recovery and customer communication software. Customers are responsible for their own messages, legal compliance, consent, provider accounts and use of customer data. Subscription features and usage limits depend on the selected plan. External integrations require valid third-party accounts and may incur separate charges. The service should not be used for unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communication. Demo mode is for evaluation and does not deliver real provider messages or charge real payments.
